Message	real quick I have a 1990 300ZX Twin Turbo I was putting back the cylinder head one of the bolts from the block tripped out now I need to decide whether to go with Helicoil or Time-Sert to repair the thread in the block I need personal opinions from anyone that used either or and how well did it work for them thank you
